If you want to get brutally strong D8 style on the key barbell lifts, then this is the programme for you.

Main lift loading is % based , therefore it is recommend that you have an accurate and very recent 1RM in GOOD form on the key barbell lifts prior to commencing.

Possessing solid command of these barbell movements under high load prior to starting is strongly advised.

We consider D8 Build to be the perfect precursor to this programme.

D8 Power is a VERY effective but demanding programme. For maximal result, commit fully to optimal sleep, nutrition and recovery methods as taught in the D8 system.
