A perfect intro to the Domin8 Athlete training system, especially if you are newer to gym training and less experienced lifting barbells. Strong emphasis is placed upon technical proficiency and varied movement mastery.

As the weeks progress, we increase barbell lift variety as well as focusing upon increasing load and testing metabolic conditioning.
