The actual result will be heavily dictated by your application within the sessions and what you do the remaining 165+ hours per week.

Who is it for?

If you are short on time but still want an appreciable level of return from your gym time, then this is the programme for you.

All workouts feature brief but effective warm ups and follow a full body structure each day.

Expect to lift as heavy as you can in excellent form over a wide range of rep schemes.
