If you are a skilled lifter with time under the bar and lofty goals, then this is the programme for you.

This will push you in all the right ways, leaving no weak links and delivering results where it counts, on the gym/competition floor and the mirror.

It is strongly recommended you have a high level of proficiency in the the key barbell movements under load prior to commencing.

A great way to progress to this level of programme is to first complete D8 Foundations & D8 Build.
